Just setup an Ts server for my Flight simming friends to use. When i went to log in however it said "bad login" how to do i ensure people can connect annoymously without a password as i didnt think i had set logins up. Thanks, i'm still very very new to this whole concept so please go easy.!!!!

Do not put a password for the server.

Its fixed now, i can now log in. Just another problem however, if i log in as an admin i can create a new channel and it appears, but if i log out and back in again it has completely disappeared. How do i stop this. Thanks for your advice.

another issue, how can i register members when they log in. My friend tried my server and it worked fine in terms of connection but i couldnt select the option to register him, what option as an admin signin(not superadmin) do i need selected to be able to do this? Thanks yet again. sorry my server is being so annoying!!!

Make sure the registered is marked.

Self, and Admin register Player with server.
If that's not working go to http://serverip:14534 select your server and go to Server permissions on the left. then select Server Admin and look for this line: PrivilegeAdminPlayerRegister make sure its marked ( should be by default. )

right, the bottom reply bit is now working, but still stuck on the channel bit, if the chanell is left redundant it dispaears but the entrance channel works. What do you mean by "registered is marked" Thanks.

Just a quick question actually, how do i set my server to only allow registered users to login, to stop annoymous logins. Thanks

That's not quite possible, since the default channel is were all unregistered go.. The only way to stop people from entering as unregistered is by using a server password.

Right ok thanks, will probably add a server password then. Thats the end of all my endless questions, an admin can now shut this thread if they so wish

FYI:As long as they are registered they do not have to know the server password.
