i already searched for this topic but didnt find anything that helped.
my problem is ever since yesterday about 12ish GMT i lost connection to my teamspeak server the IP is 85.236.100.27:17123 but it has a password (dont know if this really helps) and ever since then i havent been able to connect to it again. also i have noticed i cant connect to another different server and i get the same message
"No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it"
im not sure why this happened as i havent changed any settings like firewall and port settings. all of a sudden i just lost connection and now i cant connect anymore. i know the server is up and running as i have seen others on Xfire still in the teamspeak and have told me it is working.
the only possible ways i can think of connecting again is by uninstalling teamspeak and downloading the orginal one i had but i still couldnt connect. i then downloaded the newset version but still i couldnt connect. i've restarted my computer and still nothing.
so any ideas on how to fix the problem?

Which firewall do you have?

Could you try doing a traceroot?

Start, run then type cmd
In the good ol DOS screen type tracert IP

If you get timeout's its not good, depending on were it times out, make a screenshot of it and post it here.
If it says a few lines like:
1 * * * Time-out ...
2 8ms 10ms 8ms bbned more text
3
4

then you are able to connect.

No.

There must a be a router that is broken/offline. You can not fix it.

hmmm this is starting to bug me now im not sure what iv'e done but if it is the router no one in my house touches it so that would be annoying if that was the prob. i have changed all my firewall setting and put them back after trying to connect to the ts server but that didnt work im not sure wat else to do unless you can see a problem with that pic

If you look at the traceroute, You will see that it gets passed your router with no problem. The problem is a router that is midway or so between your destination. Any computer that has to go through that router will not get a connection.

From the looks of it, it does not even seem to be in your ISP's control. You can contact them though and send them the information about the traceroute, as they might know who to contact to notify them of the problem.

BH, dont forget that firewalled routers also give stars...

Did the tracert stop there, or did it say somethign like unable to make a connection?
