Free teamspeak?

I know i was just reading Magus Xenos's post but it skippes a step... i do not know how to aquier a teamspeak server for free. I am no tcomputer eliterit (not sure if thats spelled right) and dont know all of the therms. so i would like simple resposnes.
i have cable, my fire wall is again as i am not good with computers i belive i do not have a router. I have norton as a fire wall. thank you for understanding and helping people like me that dont know where to look.

Just skip the SQL part, its not needed to function.

well thank you i will use that but first how do i get a server started, i do not have a server and do not know where to get one of them.

im sry thats not what i ment how do i get a free teamspeak of my own, one of my friends know a couple of people that have done that and i was hopeing someone know how to do that. and im not sure if its able to be done.
