My teamspeak is laggin when im playing game

When i play game my ts lag when my character is moving but as soon as i stop moving it stop lagging. And when i put my game in the task bar its stop lagging. Plz help me im tired of this lagging.

i only hear a part of what people are saying. It interrupt them when i move my character.
