i downloaded the server client so i host my own teamspeak now but if my pc is off then the server is off to so is it possible to let the teamspeak be active when my pc is down?? please help me

no. Its just like playing a pc-game, when your pc is turned off you cant play that game on that pc..
Leave the PC on, or rent a TS server. ( look on the site for that )
