So I have had a server set-up and I need to know how I can log-in to its super/admin area.

You'll need to know the IP of the machine. If it's on the same lan, just substitute in the LAN IP:

http://192.168.1.1:14534/

On the other hand if it's across the internet, use the internet IP of the machine. Port 14534 (tcp) will need to be forwarded to the machine, just like you did for other server ports.

Keep in mind if you port forward 14534 it will allow people that have been SA'ed to access that control panel!

Simple permission change can fix that.

Do not forget about the firewall rules.

Alright, so the server is using port 9999 to allow players to connect, I am unsure of the correct port to use as I used the one you suggested and it did not work. What can I do now to find the correct port?

Check the server.ini file in your TS directory. It will have what the http port is.

The server is not installed on my machine. It is installed somewhere else. Hence my topic title. Sorry for the mix-up.

So you need to check the TS directory of the computer that has it installed on it.

I don't have that ability. Is there any other way?

You can try scanning the ports with a port scanner to see it any ports are open and try them.

Would something like this (http://www.t1shopper.com/tools/port-scanner/) do or do you have a link to a program I can download?

No it scan only the default ports. You need something like nmap. Give me the address to the server and I can try scanning it.

Just contact the host and ask him how. None appear to be TS.
