Having problem with other people

Well me and some friends are having people in differnt channels. We can hear them every once in the whille and there in a whole differnt channel. We both have whispers blocked but it doesnt help we can still here them for some reason. The server and ciient is ran on windows xp media center. Its happned since ive had teamspeak, any help would be nice.

Client is 2.0.33.7 BETA
Server is 2.0.23.15 BETA

Is it very possible that just because you got the whispers blocked, that they can whisper to channel instead of just you.

Ya, and an easier way would be to go to Settings>Options>Other and check the box that says "Block whispers by default"
