I know we've seen this problem already but the fixes that worked for others aren't helping me so here it goes again:
When launching TS I get the error No Sound Drivers Available
I've tried changing from Wave to Direct, my sound card shows up on the list but when I select it the same error appears and the changes won't take effect.
Currently running
Compaq PC with factory install of Vista.
Direct X 10
Realtek HD Audio Soundcard (2.1 audo)
Both TS and Ventrilo are used by various teams attempting the high end content of the games I play and while Ventrillo works fine my personal preference is to use TS and it's a 50-50 on which will be required in anny given situation so this is a problem that I do need to resolve.
Edit for clarity: Attempts to change TS Options give the same error message and prevent any changes from being saved. I've been playing with drivers and settings for some time and keep ending up right back where I started. After all the frustration I'm fiinally seeking the answer here so any suggestions are welcome. Thanx in advance.
