you might have opened the ports, but you have to tell the router to which IP they need to be broadcasted.

Makes sure that it is open for udp 8767 and not for tcp 8767
i have done that on my windows firewall and my router but it doesnt give me the option to open either a UDP or TCP
What kind of router do you have?

i have a netgear MR814
It seems that it does not matter that it just forwards any protocol using that port number. If it is not your router then it would have to be your firewall.
