Linux to Windows switch

I'm thinking of switching some of my servers to a new server that runs on Windows instead of RedHat Linux...Is there a way I can copy certain files so they work the same on Windows just like they did on Linux? Just copy the server.ini files or what? Thanks

Alright...and all I need is to give the new IP with the same ports?

If the servers are inside the same lan you just have to update the port forward settings and make sure that you have made the exceptions for the firewall.

The ports should remain the same.
