How to register?

I'm new in this Teamspeak2 stuff and I don't know how to register! Everytime I try to connect a server this shows up: Error!! (Wrong username/pasword pleas try again, or something)
My buddy has the same. I have registered here: https://sales.tritoncia.com/users/login.php
and on the forums but it still don't work.

You register on the different ts servers. There is no central registering place.

The tritoncia that you registered at is for if you where going to buy an athp license.
