Is there a way to auto ban a person with name Guest1?

Someone I don't know keeps joining my server with name Guest1 and playing random sounds and then leaves I can ban him most of the time before he does but it gets annoying anyone know if I can auto ban a person with name Guest1?

TSperlmod with some configurations can auto ban anyone that is guest1.
