Hat lange gedauert, aber trotzdem toll, und jetzt hop, hop, hop - An TeamSpeak 3 weiterarbeiten, will des noch vor 2009 in den Fingern haben :-D!

Handelt es sich hierbei um eine offizielle Version die als "stable" herausgegeben wurde?

Seit der 2.0.20.1 ist keine Version mehr als stable released worden. Im Downloadbereich steht die Version ebenfalls als Beta. Sagen wir es so. Es ist eventuell eine stable beta :cool: Und sicherlich besser als die jeweiligen Vorgänger.

Du solltest deine Server in jedem Fall auf die neue Version aktualisieren.

Aber kann es sein, das der gestern erschienende Patch schon wieder durch einen neuen ersetzt wurde?
Irgendwie hat der jetzt eine andere Grösse.

- fixed possible DOS exploit via webinterface
- fixed possible html injection inside server name / description fields

und

2.0.23.17
- fixed bug where limitation of serverquery connections could cause a crash

Beide sind am gleichen Tag, nur jeweils Stunden später erschienen ;-)

Thats why they are called hotfixes right? First make them, then test them for functionality, and we can do the thorough testing.. :D

I always thought that they are taken straight from the grill and hope they they are not too hot that they burn your mouth.

I just tried to dl and install the lastest Beta for server, it dl's fine, run it and nothing changes. Am i installing it wrong? I looked for the answers on forum but no real instructions on "how to" sorry for the lame question, but.
I have been using TS for 2 years now, happy with it and all , but would like to get it updated.

You place the file that you downloaded in the TS directory replacing the old file. Be sure to shut the ts server down first.

I get the words from my TS users that with this patch ( or better said after i applyed it ) TS sometimes breaks up and is buggy / laggy.. I'm still investigating this myself tho..
At the moment i am checking on the server to see if the problem is on that side, because i dont think that the TS server is beeing buggy..

Both server and users have the latest versions.. I made sure they did update also.
