TeamSpeak Firewall/Router Settings

I am talking about the client not the server. Is there any ports that i should open whether it be in my router, or my firewall? All the help out there is for the server. Thank you in advanced for any\all help.

No ports. The client should be allow to access the internet. IE outbound rule allowing the client to use the udp protocol.

Correct. I do not know why you are getting all time outs.
