How to make Sever?? HELP!!!

Alright so me and my clan want to make a Ts sever But Is it free for clan sever?? Also i downloaded the the the team speak sever 2 or w.e it's called and i tried using the info it gave me l(admin and superadmin) nothing will work... ? how come it won't work. :confused::confused: Can anyone help me

Yes it is free. There are tutorials on how to create it. Check the server.log to if the login information is correct.
