ON Startup ts minmizes

When i startup teamspeak it minimizes to the taskbar(one next to the clock forgot the name sorry) and after that it becomes almost dead the only think i can do is right click and hit quick everthing else dosnot work (odd thing is this happend about to days ago when i booted up my computer i was able to re-install it and it worked fine and i begain to play a game when i closed it out there it was minimized but now ever time i try to repair or re-install it still runs minimzed on start up *and i never changed any settings that would mess with it so im verry unsure how to get it working)

Went to were the click took me then tryed what it sayed a few times had no results
