Others Hear me, but I don't hear them

I just bought a new headset, a Logitech Premium USB Headset 350. I got home and installed it and everything works fine on it except fpr TeamSpeak. My wife is on her laptop right beside me and tells me she can hear me just fine, however I cannot hear her or anyone else in TS. Any suggestions as to how I might fix this?

Check the output settings and make sure that you headset is selected in the devices.

hey my headset is really messed up i can't hear but i can talk and that was when it was in my ps2. and i still cant here if i'm on the computer,i have a logitech headset oh and is there a way to make it so i can talk through the mic on the headset and beable to here the people talking and the game sound through the speakers on my computer please help it is DRIVING ME MAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:confu sed::eek:
