error: Hawlvoice libarary

I am trying to DL and install the TeamSpeak 2 client version. I have tried several times and each time I get the following error when I open after DL'ing or choose the RUN option..............."error loading Hawlvoice library (hvdi.dll) Maybe not installed?"

what should I do? Thanks.

The clients downloads that have the red text next to them are updates. The ones with nothing by them are the installs. Install it first then take the update are put it in the ts client directory replacing the old file.

thanks. I have it installed now. I am following the instructions to login to server address "voice1.kleanservers.com:8773" and was given a password. I am now getting "Bad Login".

Am I doing something wrong or do I need to contact the person who gave me these instructions that has the commercial version? or could this just mean that person is not online at the moment?

They are online just that the password is not correct or mistyped. Contact the server admin and make sure that you have the correct password. It the password is correct, try using the quick connect method.

I am using quick connect because this was how I was instructed to do it. I have entered the password from the webpage given to me several times and I've also tried copying and pasting to make sure it's correct but still same error "bad login"

Are you using the nickname and login name box?

I was told to enter my name in the nickname box and to leave the login name box blank. Below are the exact instructions I am following. I have PM'd you the password.

7) Double click the icon to start.
8) Click Connection from top Menu Bar
9) Click Quick Connection
10) Enter:
Server address: voice1.kleanservers.com:8773
Nickname: Your name

Do not put anything into the "Login Name" (optional) box
Password: XXXXX
Click: Connect
