How many virutal servers can be run?

On a Linux server, what’s the most you've run? yes yes, there are a lot of, "how much memory, processor and yada yada yada." Whats the most any one has seen?

Normally there are not more than 75 virtual servers on each instance running. so 75 is the recommended number.

But you can run multiple Server Instances, which allows you to run many more than 75 virtual servers on one box. The important part being yada yada yada, which is the servers network bandwidth. If the virtual servers are small and not heavily used, having thousands is something that is being done, if I recall correctly.
