Binary 2.0.23.19 NOT Updateing Server Version

Does anyone know why when I updated one of my servers with the new binary 2.0.23.19, the Server Version changed and is running fine, but when I updated another one of my TS server it hasnt updated the Server Version.

I restarted them both after putting new binary in.
I FTP them in binary mode.
I am running a Linux machine.

Any Ideas ???
