here is what i did so far:

i installed ts (ver 2. 2.0.32.69) via apt-get.

when i connect to a server, ppl in the channel are not able to hear me.

although i can hear myself in my speaker (even with the "local test mode" deactived) - so i presume that my mic is working (and all setting that could be done via "alsamixer" are set up correct) and the green light infront of my name is lit (?) when i press my "push to talk" button.

whats the problem, that other ppl cant hear me?

here are some sound setting from ts:

test codec: celp 5.1 kbit (tried some other as well with the same result)
sound driver: default (oss /dev/dsp) - setting some other wont work at all

i even forwarded the upd port (8767) from my router to my pc.

can anyone help me?

note: i dont wanna have ts-sound and sound with another app (i.e. a game) - i just wanna be able to talk over ts ;P

edit: i tried to record the input of my mic via ts.
first it seems that a file was successfully created, but when i try to listen to it (via "play") theres no output, even if the file a lenght <> 0 byte (minutes)
