How can i set up a ts server

hello,

I iam a total nuwb and i need very much help with my server.
All i did, is install the server package.

1. How to forward the ports?
2. How to login at the admin area?(i got the passwords the program gave me)
3. How can i login for admin at the usual teamspeak?(i mean, when i join my own server, how can i login?)

if i need more help ill post it right here.

3. Use the serveradmin login information and not the superadmin login information.

i already did that with portforward :D

but -rightclick- on the icon next to the clock, then administration, it throws a website before my nose.
there i have to login,

username=Admin
pw= ******

how still doesnt work..

is making a new password an option?

i logged in at the admin page, changed some stuff etcetc..
now i wanna login as SA, CA, etc. but i dunno how :| you know, start ts RC2, join server and become SA CA or else

another problem: one of my members from the clan can only speak low voice.
how can he fix this
