Cannot SeeUsers In Other Channels

I have my own teamspeak server, i am the admin/superadmin. I just want to know how I can see all users even if they are in alternate channels. I know there is a way because ive seen it before.

Can i log on to teamspeak as superadmin? I have tried and it says Bad username/ passoword.

Put your server to Clan mode.

Public mode will not show users in other channels.
