How to set up a server on a webhost.

First of all I am a newbie and I have read the FAQ.
I didn't find the answer, so I ask it here. Please help me out.

How can I set up a Teamspeak server on a free webshost? In the FAQ I have read that the webhost needs to have telnet.
My question is: how can I set my Teamspeak server up at a free webhost and what is the best webhost to do it? And it HAS to be free...

its not polite to bump your own post withing 24 hours..
If you use the search function you shoudl see that even if you are able to get it working you are making a huge security hole on your host..
