Everyone can join except myself?

I just set up a server this morning, my friends can join my server normally, but when i try to connect, it gets an error:

No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it
============================
i don't know why everyone is able to join except me in the server end.

I've tried localhost:8767, 127.0.0.1:8767, no-ip, and my own ip.
none of them work...

my client can connect to other servers, and I've set it to debug mode, but the error still comes out...

I really need help...

I remember 4 months ago I set up the server and everything was working fine, i don't know why i get error this time..

For Your problem, guess You have local firewall. Take a look at it's settings.

it seems to be my problem.. what is local firewall? i only have ZA installed, and i've turned if off almost every time i try to connect.
the other security program in the computer is only the windows defender, i turned it off, but the problem is still there.

I guess it's not internet connections problems because my friends can connect it.
it should be some kind of problems in my computer, because i can't even connect to my server using localhost and 127.0.01
