"Change" your banner without a restart

How to change your banner without restarting your teamspeak server and without any programs or scripts.

Reupload your new banner with the same name and overwrite the old one. (e.g. ts.jpg)

I run my own web server so it's not hard for me to Upload a new banner with the same name. :D

But that way Your clients will never be noticed about banner change.
Only one way to change banner - change it's name.
Which can be done through telnet connection (without restarting server) or by modifying INI file (requires restarting).
Combining both methods allow You to change banner on the fly and keep it after restart.

ANR is right. The client will cache the banner of the server in the teamspeak folder and not notice that it is a different banner.
