Hello everybody. i have a big problem with windows server 2003 running teamspeak

the problem is that the server acouple of days ago began to not respond to remote connections.

Whenever i try to connect to the teamspeak server it looks like there's no ts server running on the remote machine.

It worked perfectly since last week.

it's a small private clan server (like 16-20 slots max) so i don't think we violated the license agreement. and so i don't think the server entered somehow into a banlist.

The server runs on the remote server.. i can login into the administrative web interface.
i tried changing the listening port, i tried to reinstall the server.

No firewalls are running on the server.. and the traffic is not filtered out by any firewall.
i can connect to the server in loopback or using a VPN private address..

Any suggestion?

Does the wan ip of the server change? Does it have more than one wan ip?

Have you tried restarting the server, TS server program, and does it work then?

I tried restarting, uninstalling an reinstalling, resetting, changing the server port, even restarting th host machine.. but the server still doesn't respond to remote connections.

Upgrade the server. Is it download anything?

What are the computer specs of the server?

the server is a virtual server running windows 2003

the teamspeak server began giving this problem just recently.. it always worked smoothly.
i monitored the ts server a bit.. and it appears strage that when it starts up, it starts as working.. then the ping of the clients keeps increasing and increasing, and after a couple of minutes the server stops responding.

i also monitored the process and it was using no more then 7mb of ram. the server was emty.. i was the only client. and there was only the default channel.
