Peolpe can't connect to my server

I have just set up a server on my home pc, but noone else can lo on to it. i can log on by going on 127.0.0.1:8500, but noone can log on to it. they go on the web server list and it is there, but they cannot connect.
PLEASE help!!

Because they have to connect via your online ip. localhost or 127.0.0.1 is like a loopback connection on your pc to your own pc ;)

I know that, but even when they use the internet IP, they still cannot connect. i use a wireless server so i connect directly to that, then my pc has its own ip aswell, eg, 123.85.96.38 is the server, then my pc is 10.0.0.13

You have to forward at least port 8767 (UDP) to your local ip in your router.
