1 cant log in to server why not

I have my own TS server on and all other but 1 can log in he get the answer that the server is not runing, but he can se it in server list. Whats the problem
I have a zyxel and i open ip adress for ts at firewall

Ask him to perform a traceroute.

im running trend ainti virus other guys are on line while im trying to log on

Are you sure he filled in the right IP adress? xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:portnumber ?

Ive seen that error before with users on my teamspeak, and they messed up the IP and port..

If they're on the same LAN as you (IE behind the same router, or whatever) then they'll need to use the local IP address (such as 192.168.1.x) to the server rather than your ISP-assigned IP.

If you're not behind a router then this doesn't apply, but I had this trouble before too and found out that what happens is a sort of bounce-back or something, where the connection goes from one computer, out through your router, back to your router, and to another (or the same) computer - which it doesn't like.
