Sound Problem with SB Audigy

I have a Creative Audigy LS Audio Processor and I have its latest driver, I have boosted my mic and all and I still hear the sound very low, I've even changed the micro and it didnt work... But if I go to the sound configuration in windows and remove the checked box on mic and say something I can hear it loud and clear, it just doesnt work on Teamspeak, people keep listening to me very low... please help me

The setting in windows that you click that makes is so that you can hear yourself fine, could you get a screenshot of that setting and post it here?
