Here is what i am tring to do: I am tring to use my DUC with my TS server so my friends/family will not need to remmeber my IP insead they will only need to remember an address.
Heres the Issue: After installing Teamspeak Server and running it (so the Server.ini file would appear) I edited the BoundToIp1: so it looks like this:
BoundToIp1:teamspeakserver1.zapto.org
Then i would reset the server (the program not the computer) and When i went to try to open the Administration so i could add some users it would not let me. The administration button was un-clickable(i dont think unclickable is a word ...). When i looked at the server.txt file it said teamspeak is not a vaild Integer Value about 3-5 times.... So i try running the same setup on my ond laptop any my main computer, still no sucess....
The server I am using is a Windows 2000 sp4 ver6 with a 10/100/1000 gigabit ethernet card
Any Ideas on how to fix this? Please Get back to me ASAP.
Thanks,
Computerwiz3

I forgot to mention my DUC is the free version of No-Ip it is running as a program and not as a service.

You will still need to bind it to an IP address not a domain name or leave it blank which will allow them to connect to your teamspeak server. Also make sure to keep the IP Address for the domain updated with your current IP Address.

Have you entered a colon in your line BoundToIP1?
Another problem is the dns name. You can only enter an ip and not a domain.
I think, these two points may resolve your problems.

Do not use bound to ip if you only have one address. You must point the domain name to the server.

Ok thanks guys, and if a friend of mine uses the domain as the address since they are baiscially the same thing?

Yeah. You replace the ip with the dns name and it will work. I you use a different port than the 8767 udp port then you will have to put :<udp port #> at the end to connect.
