Server Administrator invisible?

Hi there
some days ago I was talking with some guys on TS. In my room I could see 5/400 person, but the guys with special permissions (CA RA SA) could see 6/400 person. We have a suspicious that one, who manage the server, could log into our channel and listen what we were talking on.

Is it possible??

There is a flaw in a previous version of the server that allowed this. Have the owner of the server update to the latest version and this will no longer be possible.
