Channel admin but not registered?

I have a member who joins our TS channel who can create rooms but they are not registered. How is this possible?

If you have access to the WebAdmin, you can change permissions to disallow this. Once there, goto Anonymous permissions and uncheck the ChannelCreateUnregisterred and ChannelCreateRegisterred.
