Broken Sound Quality when multiple users on one internet connection

I have a 10mb fibre channel internet connection. When I have multiple users connected to GTS I have continuous broken voice both in and out.

Has anyone seen this problem before?

What is your % of processor that you are using?

Our network utilisation is averaging around 10% during these meetings. CPU usage is minimal.

Sorry, we use GTS as an abreviation for Teamspeak.

As for our setup, we have GTS hosted externally as most of our users are regionally based and then we have upto 6 users using the head Office connection being the one we have problems with.

What are the stats of the server have that is hosting TS?

Are your regional users getting broken voice in and out?

Don't had the stats from the server as I don't manage it, but all our regional users have no problems between each other, but just with those on the Head Office Connection. But when there is only one on the Head Office connection there seems to be no problems!
