Setting up server with external Ip?(router)

Im not an idiot now, I looked through alot of posts before posting this, googled it, searched. The server keeps setting up under my internal IP (192.168.0.100) instead of my actual IP so people cant connect. I have a router but I am setup for DMZ - So what gives? All ports are enabled. router is WBR 1310 if u need 2 know.
