hey, does anyone know how to run TS from web host like a server?

If your web host allows you to start programs then yeah. You need a telnet connection.

that doesnt help, like my server runs from luinx but how does that work for editing files on luinx

Do you have access to ssh, anything with command line?

What is the name of your host?
