made a server

i made a server and this is the first one in my house ever !

and i cant figer out how to connect to my server
i have incloded a pic of the overview in the atattchment

Enter localhost or 127.0.0.1 as IP with optionally port :8767

example: 127.0.0.1:8767 (standart port normally is left out)
