Stupid Banner :P

I for some reason can't get the banner to work correctly.

You can check the URL for the jpeg, it works for me. I have tried restarting the TS server application as well as the whole server to no avail, the Banner still wont show up in clients. There's a link on our website http://tsuguild.guildlaunch.com (top left) that will connect you to our TS server if you want to test it.

Rename the name of the banner from *.jpeg to *.jpg
