Ok all here is the situation....

I recently did a format and re-installed windows xp on my computer. Now I have managed to get all my other programs to work as they used to.. however I cant seem to get team speak to run right...

There is a server I used to log into fairly regularly that is before the format.. Since I did the re install I have been unable to connect to that server.. At first I thought it may have been a firewall issue or something or perhaps I didnt have the the right information but after speaking with my associates I have found that all my information is correct. so that left me with just the firewall... the problem is that I have gone as far as turning my firewall off and I still found I couldnt connect.

Then some friends tossed up a temporary server and I had no problems connecting to it and that was with my firewall on... yet I still couldnt connect to my usual server...so I cant see how its a firewall thing..

So then I figured that hey maybe my ip was blocked from the one server and no one knew it... so I tried to toss up a server of my own... and found that no one.. not even myself can log into it. Unless I log in just over the network that seems to work fine. I have even tried installing teamspeak on the other computer on my network and its running windows 2000 and it cant seem to connect right either... I just have no clue as to what that problem could be.

So I was curious if anyone else had any clues or suggestions

What port number are they using?

Can you ping and/or traceroute their server?

May I try to connect?(What is the server address?)
