Binding "Q" for Talk

I want to bind "Q" for push to talk but it beeps every time I press Q.

and continues beeping if I hold it down. Its very annoying, Is there a way to fix this?

You would have to disable the Windows built in sounds.

You can do this by going through Control Panel, then "Sound" for Vista or "Sounds and Audio Devices" for XP.

Then clicking on the "Sounds" tab at the top. Then change the "Sound Scheme" to "No Sounds" then pressing apply.
