When I am starting TS kaspersky is attention's me that TS is trying to inject module into all processes
"Intrusive module:
C:\Program Files\Teamspeak2_RC2\Keypress.dll"

That dosen't matter that much because even if I deny it or allow it, TS still works.
However after this, I get the following keylogger alert, keylogger detected.
I have no details available but the only option is to allow or deny.

What exactly gives all this?

Thank you

TeamSpeak has an integrated Keybinding-System. "Settings" -> "Key Settings" ;) I think the file belongs to this function.

So am I to understand that is safe to allow the process when KAS informs me keylogger is detected?

Yes, its safe to use.
Kaspersky goes wild because normally these files are used to keylog..

And that is exactly what TS does, but with the difference that it is not sending any data to a malicious author.. It waits for a sequence of keys pressed to perform a function.
Which you manually have to set.
