clan server won't allow me log in

i have found that i can't log into my clans server, or find it in a search either. my clan mates can all accsses the server however when i try to log in (even as a guest) i am told, "bad login (name and/ or password wrong)

there is no password onn this server and my username is correct.

i have asked my clan mates and i have not been blocked, my firewall is not blocking it, as i can connect to other servers. i can talk on ventrilo, which i am having to use for now.
