cant connect to any teamspeak server

hi, ive used teamspeak for a few years now, and only just had this problem with that. the problem is, i cant connect to any teamspeak server anymore, i know the teamspeak server is up and i have the right details and that, but ever time i try to connect to any server, the voice says error, and in red writing it says,
no reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe TeamSpeak is not running on it.

could anyone please help it is driving me up the wall.

Yeah. I'm currently running a TeamSpeak server and most of the members from the clan I'm in cannot access it. Yet, some people can access it and are in.
