I got a new mic with pink and black cables. I plugged them both in the right spot (Pink to Pink, Black to Green), and I cant get the mic to be detected. It doesnt show up in the sound properties, and I dont have the mic muted either. I am running Windows Vista, and have a Creative Soundblaster X-Fi XtremeGamer Sound Card. Thanks for the help.
