everytime i switch to a difrent channel i can hear the ppl but the ppl cant hear me BUT the channel i came from when i logged on CAN hear me how do i fix this?

If the channel you switched into is moderated, you need Voice / Operator / Channeladmin / Serveradmin rights to talk.
