help fix this problem

when i switch out of the channel it orginally put me in when i logged i can hear the ppl in that channel but when I talk the only ppl that can hear me are the ppl in a DIFRENT channel the one i logged in on HOW do i fix this pls help me this is my second post no one answered the last one
