Nobody can connect to my server

So i just set up a server for my friends about 4 hours ago, but for some reason we all get the same error:

[21:19:38] Connecting to 72.91.170.138:8767
[21:19:41] No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it

When im on server administration, it says its up and running, i can see it in the web server list, and i put the pass in correctly.

Whats happening? Help would be greatly appreciated.

use 72.91.170.138 (Do NOT ADD :8767) when accessing from another computer.

If you are trying to access from the computer which you are running the server software the address will be different. You can view your available addresses by right-clicking the server icon in the taskbar of your computer.
