Server won't go Live

I can't for some reason find my server IP, or connect, it says My server is offline or not running teamspeak.. but i followed what to do by one of those Sitckys on this forum. my superadmin says it started.. i can stop and start it , but i can't find it on the second tab for connecting in TS rc2 client

I'm guessing you are doing this locally so just try a quick connect and use the ip address as 127.0.0.1 that way you should be able to connect to it see if its atleast its online
