MySQL scripts

Hi!
I'm downloaded Linux server distribution ts2_server_rc2_202319.tar.bz2 and trying to install it.
Here is some lost files in archive...
Please advise me what to do...

Windows ditribution does not contain that files too...
I've tryed to copy files from sqlite directory, but server still is not working...

Just get the scripts manuell
