Our teamspeak servers at VoCube which we offer for free to visitors have suddenly started crashing. We have checked all logs and are getting an error when it tries to startup VirtualServer 125 which provides an error (error creating pipe).
I can't provide exact logs at the moment as i'm not currently at home, any help is appreciated, google didnt provide much help.
I do not really want to wipe the teamspeak server database unless its absolutely necessary, just want to know what the problem is thats causing this.
Thanks for your time :)

I now understand i should not have spawned more than 50-75 virtual servers on one teamspeak instance, I will make sure we do not do this again in the future, Could somebody please help me fixing this error? Should i try removing the entries from the sqlite database?
